Spam comments
Has anyone else been getting a lot of spam comments on their posts? Over the past two days I have received 10-12 spam comments ranging from porn to computer games to things written in both Greek and Russian so I have no idea what they are selling.

How do I stop these? I would hate to have to lock my journal but if I have to I will.

	I get them on every post I don't friends-lock lately. I think there is some way to report it, but I still haven't checked into it. That would take away from my B/J time, ya know? (Reply to this) (Thread)

	I've heard of it happening but I've never had it happen to me before. Are the anonymous comments? Because you could turn those off. Do you allow google indexing? Because that might be how they're finding you. Otherwise? You can turn off commenting to those who aren't friends. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	It's been an ongoing problem for me as well. I finally disabled anonymous commenting and haven't had a problem since. Try that? (Reply to this) (Thread)

	I had the same problem with my fic journals (both here and LJ) and finally had to disable anonymous comments, allowing only logged in people to comment. Settings are here: http://www.insanejournal.com/manage/comments/ (Reply to this) (Thread)
